The 3rd World Youth Congress is being held in Stirling, Scotland from July 30 - August 8, 2005. The World Youth Congess aims to bring together youth development activists with UN and government ODA professionals to engage in dialogue on sustainable lifestyles and young people's committment towards the UN Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Delegates will come from every country in the world. The application process is currently open, and we are highly looking for applicants from North America.
